Wtf are they waiting for!?

1) If an alien race can travel the galaxies at will, why does it take them half a century of cattle mutilations to figure out their anatomy? Why dont they just build their own damn farm on Nibiru instead of risking getting caught??

2) Why kidnap people to seemingly study them...and then return them?? If they wanna harvest eggs or sperm, they could just take 5 men/5 women and hold them captive...rinse/repeat.

3) If the government builds all these bunkers for an alien invasion, why build them, then redo it again every ten years?? (All government facilities designated as "bunkers" only have a ten year shelf life and must either be brought up to date with new technology or a new facility must be built.)

4) Think...you are a superior alien race. Unless Earth is some sort of zoo, most alien races seem like theyd be malevolent to fulfill their assured need of resources such as water and gold. And yet...theyve attempted nothing at all of any significance.

On the flip side of that argument, lets say the aliens are peaceful and wanna help us. Then what are they waiting for!?? You think they would give a crap if the governments of the world told them to sit on their announcement until they gave the okay??

Aliens may or may not exist, but either way...theyve never been here...unless they just love wasting years of travel times and the use of resources just to mutilate cows and play hide and seek.

Occums Razor suggests to me that the simplest answer to this question is government. Whether its some blue-beam purpose or just black ops air craft, it makes more sense than an advanced civilization coming here for 50 years just to figure out how many stomachs cows have.
