There are many more of us with "inconsistancys" than you might think. I believe in right to bear arms, and limited government and also believe in people having the right to marry who they want. I think weed should be legal but think there should be more cuts in social programs (welfare). I don't think the rich should be taxed more butI do think they should pay their fair share percentage wise due to the fact that the rich use much more infrastructure like public education, roads, more government paid berucrats to regulate them and so on.

YES! this is one of the biggest untruths promoted by liberals. It ignores the middle class, many of whom could be classified as conservative, most of whom are struggling to survive big government/corporate/liberal policies designed to destroy them.

Liberals who push for redistribution of wealth are headed for a sad awakening. When they discover that since most everyone in the western civilized world is wealthier than the great unwashed masses living in 3rd or 4th world countries, THEIR wealth is also being targeted to be stolen by Obama & the UN in the name of 'equality'.

But I really don't think the labels of liberal and conservative truly define the problem. They are commonly used from years of habit and because TPTB are hoping we don't start talking about the fact that it is THEM or US.

Almost true. But, "their" wealth cannot quite be stolen, since it was stolen from the rest of the world to begin with. The middle class (and to a lesser extent the workers and the poor) in the U.S. have been the beneficiaries of a global empire that has successfully looted everywhere/everyone. A great big party for us, over the last couple centuries! And continuing right up to the present moment, at which the rest of the world is still lending us $billions (i.e. giving us real good stuff in exchange for our dollars) EVERY DAY. But the rest of the world is starting to wake up. This dollar-based pillaging will not continue. They want their piece of the pie. Who can blame them?

PS: The U.N. will not be an important part of it. And Obama is of course just a puppet.

For example, the Nazis HATED the socialists and communists, and put many of them in the concentration camps, before outlawing their political parties. Just like our modern "conservatives, the Nazis hated communists, liberals, feminists, gays, blacks, etc. And you might recall that the Nazis assembled the greatest military machine of all time, and threw it ALL at the communists in the East, with the purpose of smashing bolshevism and communism for all time, on the Eurasian continent.

Yes, that's very true! Recently I watched a video anout Hatteras Island, which for 300 years has supported itself by fishing (because 2 different ocean currents come together there) and more recently tourism since the Island were legislated as public access. Well, there is a bird there which nests on the beach, a "plover". The island people (some of the families have been there for 4 or 5 generations) have used their own common sense to preserve these plovers, and everything was just fine. Until one day the Audubon Society came to town. They have designated most of the beaches as protected nesting areas and fenced them off. And the ones which weren't prohibited are in between ones which are, so that there is no way the public can access them. As one resident said (to paraphrase), "The tourists and summer people won't be coming back after they find out that the beach which is across the street from their rental is inaccessible to them." This video was made in 2010, and I doubt whether these folks were aware of Agenda 21. But even as the video was being made, people were leaving the island because they couldn't afford to live there anymore - people who had grown up on the Island. There is just one bridge to the Island, and it was supposed to have been replaced some 15 years previously, but somehow, just as everything is scheduled to start, it gets back-burnered. Again, Agenda 21? The Audubon Society (and two other "environmental" groups, I can't recall their names) want to make the WHOLE ISLAND into a wildlife refuge. And they are doing it by destroying an economy which has sustained the Island (which, don't forget, was SUPPOSED to be a public park) for 100 years.

Sorry this was so long, but I can't believe that we heard NOTHING about this, even here on GLP! It was only a couple of years ago! I wonder how things are going now for them?

The problem with many conservatives is they see the world in simple 2D planes and are unable to see the complexity and the denizens us deep minds see. One must understand that it is a different physiology all together. Liberals are more like women: emotional, empathetic and put love and warmth in front of corporate greed and status quo.
