OP, bad company corrupts good moral character.

If you are surrounding yourself with people who have poor ethics, moral standards or are tend to enjoy evil things, then yeah, you'll probably notice your life going down the wrong path. sometimes people are good at pretending to be 'good', but you can always tell by the fruits they produce in life and their own misfortunes. people that seem to constantly be in a 'bad way' are that way for a reason and more than likely they brought it on with poor life choices and decisions. Misery loves company, so its often the case that they try to bring yo down with their sinking ship.

Sometimes you need to take a hard look at the people in your life and decide if what they have to offer is good. Its not easy sometimes, as even family members can be poor influences.

visualize the life you want and then allow it to maifest. the first step is believing you can have the life you want.

I have got to the point I don't trust anything anyone says because it seems to be loaded all the time
I don't know if ts because I'm just hot headed or if its just cause I speak my mind that causes it
I just want to change things let someone else deal with all the shit that seems to head for me
I don't know how to do it

you sound like my brother. After his second turn in prison he emigrated and moved away from everyone he knew and started a new life. He got counseling started a new career and has had a successful business for 11 years. When he changed the people he was with, he stopped being a trouble magnet.

This is the thing I'm worried about I can see it ending badly
The way I'm heading is only going to end up in either me or someone else in serious shit
but I can't seem to change it
I leave the house in the morning and try my best to turn the other cheek so to speak if something happens I will let it go be it driving or whatever but in the end I end up with a load of stuff problems mounting and mounting till in the end I see red and that's it all hell breaks loose
And believe me this happens if not on a daily basis at least every other day

There was a story in the news last year.

Up north in Oklahoma, there was a tornado. The guy was driving in his truck when he saw it. He pulled over and ran to the ditch on the side of the highway. The tornado passed over him but blew his truck into the ditch. The truck pinned his legs so he couldn't move. He was thankful that he survived but then the flood waters came and drowned him.

I never would have believed it if I didn't know someone like that...it's a very strange phenomenon...

2 hours later that day I spent some 4 hours in a police cell because after I left church I got into a fight with someone when I drove home it wasn't my fault someone beeped his horn the idiot in front thought it was me got out of the car shouting and swearing and ended up on his arse

I was lucky I got let off with a police caution but I have not been back to church since

Sounds to me like you have a short temper, and a difficult time with social interaction. (like explaining something to a cop without pissing him off lol)

Regardless, your life is directed by your actions and reactions. Maybe you could learn to do both better.

the person i know is the most down to earth and level headed person you could meet but its like something can just set him off like u flip a switch and u really really dont want to be the one to have set him off
the funny thing is he can calm down as quickly as he loses it
i have seen it on a couple of occasions and it can be quite scary
you have to actually see it to believe it

No matter what everyone else is saying, the answer is yes, some people will get in trouble no matter how they try to avoid it. You have to make a conscious effort to stay out of trouble and it is not easy.

I have had the same problems all my life just like your experiences, your not alone. But there is not an easy answer for you other than you need to think things through more than others maybe.

I did not used to believe in such things as luck. But, i cannot explain how some people just fall ass backwards in what can only be explained as good luck because they did absolutely nothing to earn what they have, but yet they got it. Like the person who plays the lottery for the first time in their life and only buys one ticket and WINS!

I have seen and heard about these "lucky" people all my life and have wondered why? I have always lived my life and tried to be fair and honest with people. (sometimes too honest)

I actually stopped going out years ago because i would mind my own business and there would always be some asshole that would gravitate towards me. I never put up with any of their shit, and fights would ensue. I have never been the type to back down. If i would have turned tail, yes it would have avoided the problem, but it would leave me feeling like a puss and that wasn't an option.

Many people are going to say i should have been the bigger man and walked away. But in my opinion there are too many people that do that today! That's why we live in such a cowardly two-faced society.

This of course is just one kind of trouble that would follow me. Anyway, just be very aware of your decisions, and always realize that anger will cost you more than it's worth.

Hot headed that might be the problem. If you feel yourself getting angry, walk away. Isn't going to make you any less a person. Learn to control yourself:)

I really dont think it works like that. In fact i've noticed in my 30 years here the opposite seems to be true. You think positive u end up in a negative situation. Sometimes mere minutes after u made a commitment to make positive changes in ur life. This is why Im content with expecting the worse, because positive thinking for some ppl. only leads to very negative outcome.

Nope, the particular friend I'm talking about is very religious...he almost became a priest in his younger days...I think it has more to do with bad spirits...

It certainly seems so. I knew a trouble magnet. He would always end up in fights. Big feature of a trouble magnet is anger management issues. Something any sane person would ignore, they don't. When they run into someone else like themselves it escalates into a fight.

I'd tried to help this guy out, a bright guy. But gave up eventually. He kept fucking up big time in really stupid ways.
