There is a hot blonde in my cardio strength class that constantly wiggles her ass, sticks it out and tries to add a sexy spin to every single exercise that she can. Pushing her boobs out, etc. None of the other women in the class do this. She also always wears full make up to the class and when we're on our water breaks is always doing tables (arching backwards to grab her ankles) and talking to me (the only guy in the class) and seems to overly make sure to point out how strangely relaxed the particularly flexible positions make her feel while pushing her naughty parts in my direction.

Point being...

Yes, some girls are there to show off what they've earned through hard work. The problem is, I'm spending most of my time concentrating on my exercising so I don't pitch a tent in my exercise shorts while she does all that.

Well it's a probably a mix of everything.

First remember this, women since the beginning of time, inherently compete with other women. They must look the hottest, ....it's instinctual, to be the best, you win the best possible mate. So dressing like that is as much about other women as it is for other men, so yes they do want your attention, but more so, they want to steal your attention from other women. It's just like the wedding ring. Who gets more attention from a female, a man with a ring or a man without one on? So it's like a little game.....now of course when you really give them attention, then they get creeped to, because it was more Bout trying to steal your attention away, then actually getting your attention for real.

Then you have those who may be dressing like that because they do have a certain person there they really do want to attract....

Also, it is hard to work out in big loose clothes, it's easier with tighter firm fitting clothes.....so it just be about comfort too?

I am a young female and a regular gym attendee...not that they are asking for it...but they are even if its a subconscious way. I am not gonna lie that in the PAST I have dressed too provocatively at the gym probably right after high school and maybe at the gym at the college I attended.

I am a little older now and find it a pain in the ass to try and dress frilly at the gym, and I find it funny how vain I probably looked trying to work out in some of the short shorts I wore now I consider some of these things...

1)you can't workout comfortably in those shorts
2)any makeup you have on will run off if you are ACTUALLY trying to work out
3)have you ever seen mascara and eyeliner after someone gets out of the pool = sweating after a good work out? That's NOT an attractive sight

and I am more modest in showing off the goods!

I feel sorry for women like that. They obviously don't have a lot of self esteem, to degrade themselves for the cheap affections of men at the gym.
I usually go to a yoga class then do weights then go for a swim at the gym. I wear yoga clothes when working out. Creepy men are gonna look no matter what you have on.

I don't dress like that for the gym...I can't really focus on working out if I'm worried about a boob falling out or something. I think girls that do are probably just lonely.
