The nice weather dude proudly states how there are wonderful weather derivatives? People are gambling on weather futures? Really? Am I correct in understanding that we are altering weather NOT to aid farmers from crop destruction so we can eat, or providing other forms of AID, we are merely altering weather so people can get rich??? Really? It's sickening how much greed there is. Many links, just google it, but start on this... Who's going to gain? Insurance companies and.... This was ENRON! They made gobs of money on this! When you're talking about the history of weather derivatives, you're talking about Enron. Enron They developed the most widely used early trading platforms, they were founding members of the leading industry association and were counterparties in the first known domestic and international transactions. In their heyday, Enron received Fortune Magazine's award for 'Most Innovative Company' six years in a row. They gave their Enron Prize for Distinguished Public Service to people like Nelson Mandela and Mikhail Gorbachev. Henry Kissinger and James Baker worked as Enron consultants; traveling to such far-flung destinations as Kuwait and China preaching the Enron gospel. Stock analysts gushed over everything Enron did. This newly created financial market is involved in sky battles for money! Really? Geoengineering programs including chem trailing are designed to alter weather. If they do that, they can make a fortune from these contracts. Weather derivatives are getting bigger, and bigger.Corporations, governments, etc are buying and selling hedge contracts that pay off in the event of adverse weather. link. You guys, this has to be why the job opening at NOA was a classified position (secret clearance)! Think about it. Why would a weather management position at NOA be classified? What could they be protecting? The weather? Yes, the weather!! Because it's worth gobs of money if you have knowledge of the outcome! Shame on NOA if this is true! We are so greedy!
