Driver tries to pull over cop for not wearing seat belt

A Michigan driver gets right up in a cop's window and attempts to pull him over for driving without a seat belt. Apparently perturbed that the officer was driving recklessly with a K-9 on board, Steven McClain, self-appointed keeper of the seat belt law (he maintains a stash of pics of officials who drive without one), says he just wanted to discuss dog safety with the guy. McClain got slapped with a ticket for reckless driving. He's pled not guilty and heads to court again Dec. 14, where he could face 93 days in the slammer.
