If i die, "if", i want to be shot in the head while sleeping or hit by a meteor while i watch it come at me bro.

It would depend on the circumstances and cause of death.

It is entirely possible to die while sleeping especially if sleeping meds or pain meds are used.

The elderly sometimes do this and they do not awaken. Just die while sleeping.

SIDS in babies also as it is believed by some that the baby sleeps so soundly he "forgets" to breathe. If the baby awakened, breathing would start automatically.

But you can ask anybody who has ever worked in hospital or nursing home and they will tell you that people do in fact die without awakening.
