Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1579668 Not sure the point here - are you saying that yes they are leaving in droves and it's because they want to find older men who don't use computers or watch TV? |

I'm just sick and tired of taking care of a bum who sits around and does nothing. Won't help with anything around the house and has the nerve to ask me what's for dinner when I get off work. I pay the bills and he spends his social security on himself. And he thinks his sex is good?!? Just ain't worth it anymore. |

Is it musical chairs where the girls all run to some greener pasture, or earth changes, or all guys suddenly become unloveable or worthless at the same time? What's happening? Quoting: Therapy 29639398 Divorce rate continues to go up, mostly from things like social media sites and money problems. People don't stick it out anymore, first sign of trouble they jump ship. I have a friend who constantly complains about her husband. I think she watches too much reality TV, I am sure she will be divorced as she really thinks that the grass is greener elsewhere. It tales two to tango, yet most people always blame the other for things falling apart. |

Does they just make it easier for people to find someone else? well imho, Facebook is like a dating site for married people or people already in a relationship. Where else can you justify having everyone you've ever known and maybe been 'interested in' or former lovers in one easy location? People justify it because everyone is doing it. If you are married and you value your marriage and partner, there is no way in hell you would allow 100s of people of the opposite sex in your friends list. Women who live on facebook are bored and love to stir shit up with drama. Men who use it are looking for one thing, a hookup or to move in on someone who is already taken. Ask yourself this... what the eff did people do to meet before the internet? Its become an easy way to become too flirty or worse, to get into an emotional affair that often leads to adultery and broken hearts. just what the powers that be want... the broken family. |

EVERYONE wants someone, that is clear, yet when they find someone they fuck it up. I once had a friend who broke up with her boyfriend and then got back together with him only to find out he had joined a dating site. so then she could never really trust him that he was done with 'looking', in fact she found out he went on a couple of dates and the girl was on his facebook. Man, it must suck to be single and looking, its so depressing to think that even if you find someone on one of those places, how do you know they won't keep going back and looking for someone better than you? For me, meeting someone has always been about chemistry; like body language, voice and overall appearance. dating sites seem so vanilla and vacant. |

Yep, agreed. No married person should put themselves in any situation where the attention of someone of the opposite sex becomes more important than or could take the place of the attention of their spouse. I'm old fashioned...I won't have male friends when I'm in a relationship that don't include my significant other. I would never in a million years put myself in that type of situation. Couples should have shared friends...I have seen fb ruin soooo many relationships...people hook up with exes or someone they had a crush on in high school. Why would a sane married person do that? Ugh! "Don't look back, you're not going that way." "As for me and my family, we will serve the Lord.” |
