Abbas warns he'll drag Israel before the ICC if settlement expansion continues

No one cares since they got no case.. and saying they do is just for propoganda and public opinion and i can promise you they wont sue becuase they know they will lose.

The important thing here to look at is that it's extremely unlikely Israel will stop expanding the settlements. There're already under construction. Contracts have been signed, the workers are being paid and families are waiting to move into those newly built homes.

What has to be thought about now is that given Israel's inevitable continuation of these settlements Palestine will definitely take Israel to the ICC. How will Israel react to this? The court will certainly hear Palestine's case. There's not much more Israel can do to Palestine short of invading Gaza and West Bank militarily.

They've already cut off every other imaginable lifeline to its economy, government and people.

You need to understand global politics mate.. israel consists of a small market and represents about 13mil jews worldwide while muslims are a 1.6bil and growing with alot of oil money.
settlements have been marked illigal only by diplimatic means but ligaly they are legal just check international law. it can be backed by many arguments but the 2 biggest ones are
1)there was never a state called palastine therfore its not a state under occuption(and the un vote recently didnt change that ligaly).
2)the areas were conquered in a defensive war therefor under the law of warfare all lands taken in defensive wars are at the mercy of the defender and he can choose what to do with them.
thats not only my opinion thats the opinion of experts in international law and the proof im right is going to be the fact that they are going to avoid the ICC!
by the way no one times about their warcrimes wich they commit daily.. rockets directed and civilians suicide attcks terrorist activity directed and civilians and the list goes on.
