It should be pretty awesome.

After Nolan "fixed" Batman there was this kind of enlightenment about how superhero movies could be more artsy and poignant and shit.

Not saying this flick will be all gritty and grim like Nolan's Bats, but it will have a more "high cinema" feel and be less cartoony than say, the Avengers or even the Iron Man flicks.

That said, Iron Man 3 is shaping up to be pretty interesting too.

But yeah, the cinematography alone in this new Supes movie makes me have high hopes for a serious treatment of the IP.

Can't wait myself.
