Well, we're only spending on our kids, nowadays BUT these are things that I have gotten, gotten for myself or would put on a wish list:

Board games, craft supplies, cozy fancy blanket, mug with fancy hot chocolate mix, books to read...maybe a special ornament for the tree, a wooden tea box with teas and a teapot, collection of Penzey's spices, enameled cooking pot, cozy slippers or warm pajamas...things of that nature.

I'm getting my kids BookSeats, which I have and love...they help you hold your book on your lap when you read. Maybe she'd like soemthing like that...
