And right to work states don't care about employees. ( Just my opinion ) |

Once we realized that we could negotiate our own contract we sent those clowns packing. Smartest thing we ever did and no one got fired..... Quoting: Anonymous Coward 28870983 and this loss of revenue for themselves and the dems is what theyre most afraid of |

So that Republicorp would lose some of its revenue from the rich. I say start a 3rd party and kick them both out of Congress and the White House. |

All I want is a fair days work for a fair days pay. I hear you bitching about a jet pilot making chump change. Right to work your ass into slavery. The unions are done anyway. There's no money to fight over, it's all in other countries. Have fun killing each other without seeing the big picture and the real enemy. WTG demonizing workers!!! Here's a for instance. I knew a lineman who worked up north in a non-right to work state. He worked had and made 30 dollars an hour. Down south the lineman made 15 dollars an hour. Same work half the money. It isn't like he worked for a big auto company and had bubba clock him out while hitting the bar. There should be checks and balances. Unionize over your manufacturing base leaving the country. Keep buy that slave labor bullshit from Wally World and you'll feel it in your pocket book. Then you won't have a pocket book because you won't be able to afford one. Life is fucked up that way. Take away people's livelihood and you're bound to have some kind of war. I'm open for debate and will have an open mind on the subject. It isn't like the Unions are doing shit for the real problem. Displace society and society is going to get pissed. No one with any integrity wants a fucking hand out. I don't want to be a slave on the dole. I want my god damned country back. Economics 101... Make shit to sell. |

Make shit to sell. more or less the truth, one needs to be consistantly PRODUCTIVE to prosper, all the rest is just a fight over entitlement based on debt only. Nature is cruel enough, it only consistantly rewards success over the long run and tho longer you restrain reality, the harder the consequence become when reality restores itself, as it always does. |

( Just my opinion ) I live in a 'right to work' state. Translated ; AT WILL state They can and will fire for any reason. You have no support or rights. The only careers really in my state that have a supportive union is ; Teachers. My husband and sister in law were able to keep their jobs as the teachers union came in and helped them. The way I saw it ; it was like having a lawyer who understood what was going on. If people don't pay union dues...they don't understand what a union can do for you. It costs $$$ but so does a lawyer. Living in this state sucks to work in but all states are going to slave labor it seems good luck |

The taxpayers have no voice regarding their 'employees' anymore, thanks to union lawyers. The process has been disconnected from any reality other than forcing the public to pay for a defective product. Nobody guarantees the success of a business if it becomes uncompetitive for any reason |

Nobody guarantees the success of a business if it becomes uncompetitive for any reason I worked in health care; patient care at one time It doesn't produce a produce either; service industry. I left it due to the fact ; hospital wanted higher profits and made direct care givers take on 8 and 10 patients. This is unsafe and can lead to ones lose of a valued commodity ; licensing A union helps to control how many patients a health care worker can take and be safe for both patient and health worker. The high ups in this profession don't like unions because they give the health worker some POWER over their working environment. Hospitals are not as safe today as they were 20 years ago... fact. |
