The 'supervisor' upper management could take off as much as needed;when ever they needed. The worker-producer had to beg for time off and often did not get it. The 'supervisor' higher ups could leave at their time clock ; days end to the minute. The worker grunts were often asked to do overtime and if you didn't you got put on a black list; which was suppose to be an unknown list but smart ones figured out this list existed. If you were on this black list for doing no over time ; your job was put in jeopardy>>will not go into detail on how they did it but was actually well thought out and creative. Wake up america I didn't go to college and get a professional license to be treated like slave labor kisssss my a** I pity those who can't just up and quit the slave camps You're not getting it. I saw this coming years ago and God helped me to see it. I made sacrifices in order to put myself in a place where I could quit a slave job if I needed to... I KNOW what they are trying to do in this country. My eyes were opened up wide; especially on this last job I worked. I had just as many if not more credentials than the "supervisor" class but was treated very much like a slave. I put in for time off and was denied. The steps they had in place even made it difficult to take a "mental health day" off. I saw first hand what a business can do "secretly" to appear ok but once the worker got in; the ones who were more aware could really see it was a structure put in place that had NO right for the ones who produced. We were constantly watched/monitored by the 'supervisors'. This was their REAL job ; to carry the whips. It was a very Big Brother operation. Good luck to those who want to work in this type of environment. I would sell everything if need be to stay out of it. This is how I am tho.. I am all about freedom. Personal freedom. I will never work for Big brother again!! |

Administrations are force to pay large fees for 'fixers' and fixers mediate for both sides and the public gets screwed. The problem is that wets come an loot the nations resources into bankruptcy and mr gummint and his toadies do nothing to stop it. Sit in any er in the nation, and you'll find that half the patients dont speak english THANK YOU! See, hospital workers, it has nothing to do with being in a union.
