How many is a "MASS"? IS that like pounds or degrees, or what? Or simply anymore meaning more than One.

Is a weapon of mass destruction mean a weapon of mass desolation, if two are wounded and killed only, or does that take 10 for it to be a WMD or hundreds, or thousand, or tens of thousands?

Of course Hyperbole is an art form but useless if it is over used.
