Ignore them for being the disgusting little twits they are. A couple people's families just had not only their christmas' ruined but the loss of the two victims for the remainder of their own lives. In most of these cases everyone knows the name of shooter within hours.

TPTB have learned from their mistakes. Now they won't release the name. Therefore, all of the internet postings made by the shooter can be edited or cleaned off the net.
