Now a bunch of men and woman in dress suits will run around as if they are important and gather into fancy buildings and have meetings for hours and hours talking about what North Korea did, and they will issue a formal piece of paper that condemns North Korea for acting bad.

Then North Korea will laugh and keep doing the same thing over and over again.

Not America, Not South Korea, not the Phillipines, and not even Vietnam.
