I just don't have the desire to eat much anymore. cayennes great garlic chilli black pepper tumeric(fanastic stuff) a lot of people eat yogurt for probiotics, but im thinking maybe "Cell foods" enzymes may do something similar.(havent heard of that) Detoxes usually go best with one day fasting the next Juices/water/teas the next fruits blended vegiejuices etc graduating up to the diet you want to get to. Still need good fats for your grey matter though. |

I love tumeric and put it in a lot of stuff. Quoting: acegotflows whatever your going to juice(bags of carrots apples beetroots spinack celery pineapples oranges wheatgrass sprouts)you can juice everything vegie/fruit wise.You can also eat the fruit and vegies. buy come vegiestock -organic-(you can also make vegiestock)for days 3 and up for making soups/broths(should be good warmers it must be cold over there now) you can add things like mushrooms,organic eggs(if your doing eggs) yogurt(same-if your doing animal products but just not meat/flesh, lentils beans pulses, nuts...but addthose in after day 3.Some people do a 7 day detox on juices/fruit and veg then reintroduce heavy foods, but personally i dont think thats healthy especially for guys who are active. |

It's not about being a vegetarian. I just don't enjoy eating anymore. I'm not saying I have a clue about anything. That's why I'm asking. I find eating as a task now. Eventually I'll go down that vegetarian route if it's for me, but I'm not approaching it like "meat is bad". I just don't want bad food anymore. Period. I have heard good things about Tangy Tangerine. I'll check that out when I have some cash for it. I don't eat beef. I would try grass fed though. I'll check that podcast out. I go thru phases where I feel that my surroundings feed me energy and I don't need to eat. Hydration is key, but I feel that food isn't needed as much if you add proper replacements. Fasting isn't as much about curbing appetite that using that energy that I would have been digesting with to try and connect with higher consciousness. I'm just trying top alkalize my system. I go thru these phases every few months, but this time I want to continue with a better diet...
