It's not ending because it was made perment nearly a decade ago.
Second. To have succession after February 25, 1927, until
dissolved by Act of Congress or until forfeiture of franchise for
violation of law.
Nobody who makes, reads, or judges laws thinks the fed's lease needs to be extended, because it never HAD a 99 year lease. It HAD a 20 year one, but it hasn't been extended for way longer then that, so it's clear everyone feels it's just extended into perpetuity.
