It is horrible....I've done it and so can you. Drag yourself into the shower and make it as hot as you can stand it..keep yourself hydrated even if you don't feel like drinking anything.

Hang in there....you will start to feel a little better tomorrow and each day thereafter. Also, the sleep thing is really hard and it will take a little while to come back to normal but it's so worth it to get clean.

If you have trouble doing it on your own you can try a detox.

Forgot to add..I know you feel like crap but exercise really does help..try to go for a walk...get your body moving it really works.

OP you need a plan to stay clean after the withdrawals ease up and you're feeling better. 12 step programs work for a lot of people..at least for the support. There has to be at least one in your area.

I've never used heroin recreationally but I did have a very nasty withdrawal from high doses of oxycontin & oxycodone that was prescribed to me for pain management following a major back surgery many years ago. Just wanted to commend you on your efforts to get this horrible 'stuff' out of your system and also for asking for advice/encouragement in the process.

All I have to say is that no matter how miserable it gets, just continue to remind yourself that this extremely uncomfortable circumstance is only TEMPORARY. This is a test/challenge of your will power. Hunker down and weather the storm and you will come out of this experience a much stronger individual than you can imagine. I would say 'good luck' but I don't believe in 'luck' and you don't need it to help you come out on top beause it all boils down to your desire & will power to do so.

Lets see suboxone will get rid of all wd symptoms and wont show on drugscreens normally. Seroquel and just sleep through it and /or kratom to ease wd. The lorampamide works just take with grape fruit juice and tagament to potentiate across blood brain barrier.

I wasn't on herion, but I was on pain meds real bad..This stuff has no opium in it, but opens your opium receptors and really helps and totally takes away withdrawll

I buy bali kratom..about 6 to 12 grams is a dose, and it's cheapest to buy this stuff online and not from head shops

You have to take kratom on an empty stomach , and the best way to do it is toss and wash with some OJ..

It's great for the first few days but in the long term it's just another monkey on your back. Same with methadone...used for the first few days it works wonders but to have to take it daily is expensive and hell to get off of, worse then getting off the heroin.

I came very close to getting on methadone, did the intake and everything at the clinic years ago but then thought "screw that". It will run my life and it's really bad for you.

I gave away all of my stuff and jumped on a plane to the middle of nowhere Ohio to stay with my brother. I had no connections and no way to slip. I was able to get through it and I don't even think about using anymore.

I had to take extreme measures but you do what you have to when you want to save your life.
