I have noticed muscle spasms whenever I get relaxed before sleep. Sort of like when your leg jerks you awake, only it's not my leg it's my neck or one finger, or my lower back--- very odd. I chalked it up to muscle fatigue as my child was in the hospital for a month and I hadn't gotten any meaningful sleep in those days. Lately I have had horrible nightmares, too, but I was thinking it is post trauma from seeing my four year old on her deathbed :( She is doing much better now, but things do seem different lately. That is why I finally got to this website for the first time, which I love, BTW.
