Although he would have been justified in defending under the circumstances. he made the correct choice, this crowd was already on the verge of a violent explosion -- had he not walked away, that incident could have triggered an outburst that may have landed several people in the hospital or worse.

Oh, I take 5K of Vitamin D a day, plus mag, fish oil, and vitamin C. As for pull-ups, I do tons of them. I have pull up bars in two door ways of my house, I have an outdoor pull up bar and dip station.

The only weightlifting I do is kettlebells and O-lifts with a barbell. Lots of HIIT, Tabata, but I also do long slow runs.

i do barbell curls with the straight bar, i load up 155 and do sets up 8-12 reps. i haven't maxed on bp in a while but usually im warming up with 265 10 reps, then work up to 325 4 or 5 reps. get this i'm only 5'9" 210 pounds

I've been fighting MMA for 18 years and i have fought professional, pay per views ect.... so i know what im talking about when i say, Crowder did the best thing by walking away. Why? 2 main reasons. 1 - You never let your emotions (very pissed off) interact with your fighting. Fighting mad keeps you from focusing and thinking.
2 - If he had fought back, he would have been beaten by the entire gang of protesters. No matter how good you are, i highly doubt anyone could far well against 30 angry men with sticks in their hands.
I think he did the right thing. Now, he has a chance to make the chicken shit who sucker punched him look even more like the nut-less pussy that he is.
The union guy wont take the challenge. He knows he will get his fat ass beat in front of the entire world.

If you mean "bulk" as being fat... then maybe so but... "Bulk" as in quality muscle combined with quickness and speed builds the perfect fighter.
When i competed i weighed 245lbs @ 6ft1 and my "bulk" was always an advantage for me. Its good to know you can power out of a hold that most others couldnt.
I fought almost all the "famous" MMA fighters from 2003 until 2008. Won some, lost some.
Although i HATE Mainstain media and its programmed reporters i would still like to see this dude beat some ass in the squared circle.
