The most recent report shows more than a dozen states reporting widespread, regional, or local outbreaks of the flu. [link to www.weather.com] I hold my breath till away from sneezers, coughers and wipe your hands after using shopping baskets here in Alaska at least it has been a real bad flu thing. I am talking peeps with severe cough. But then most here are pot smokers so its prob that. Just saying though not all are that. So I think its a mild version of the swine flu. Which in itself is still horrid. I been telling everyone to use baking soda and it has helped them massively to get rid of the flu/colds they have here. Ginger pills as well. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 29671717 United States 12/12/2012 08:33 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I've never had a flu shot or a pneumonia shot in my life. I haven't had the flu since the early 1990's and don't remember ever having a cold. I live in a large apartment complex and try not to touch common surfaces other people would, like the elevator buttons or door handles. |

[link to www.vitamindcouncil.org] If everybody started taking 5,000 IU of vitamin D a day, you won't catch flu, cold, etc. If you do, you get over it rather quickly with very little problems. |
