256x256 animated gif: [ link to imagenic.net] Download the full hi-res video and check that out: [ link to sdo.gsfc.nasa.gov] I can't remember exactly the term they used, but NASA claims that these black voids within the plasma arcs are "magnetic pockets" or something like that. But it looks like if there's a massive stealth body surrounded by the solar plasma and in this video it bursts the plasma arc and flies into space.   Look put on MIND and actually think. There have not ever been such good pics of the bubbles before sod. there are just bubbles and nothing more.
