After taking drugs for mine, I found out about this when I went to a new doctor. took 6 months to full detox from the drug which I no longer needed, but I will get restless legs by bedtime if I forget the magnesium. do not use mag oxide, it is nearly useless. use citrate

Both magnesium and vitamin D deficiency are the most common of all. Magnesium is not easy to get enough from shitty diet. Vitamin D is mainly from the sun but we wear clothes and stay inside most of the time plus that sun scare bullshit scaring us into using sunblock lotion...

No it does not this is BS . Most of the world lives on soy, where is your mind? I had this long before I used soy in fact. however, if one is using all those depleted soy products out there...... that might be an issue.

I only have soy some days so why is my deficiency daily? answer that one. Our foods are deficient in it, man also doesn't eat much real food anymore. Plus the ascension of the body uses a lot of it.

I have to supplement between 1 1/2 and 2 times the rda of magnesium to keep the legs at bay.

Absolutely, I use this too for sprains and
stressed muscles from lifting stuff I should
have help with, lol.

I like this, but put some in a small spray
bottle too. I did not know it would work as
a deodorant. I will try that as I am always
looking for something that does not contain
aluminum.

There are lots of different kinds of magnesium supps
so lots of choices. I researched and decided on the one
with malic acid after reading, "The Magnesium Miracle",
by Carolyn Dean.

Its the Magnesium oil spray I use now from Zechsal. Started using it since last friday and already I see some results, specialy on my hands(lots of psoriasis on the knuckles). Skin gets softer and also less red, and the silvery/white crust dissapears.

I love love love magnesium! I soak in Epsom Salts (magnesium sulfate) almost every other day! I add sea salt and baking soda to it sometimes to really get a good detoxing effect...its very very important to replenish magnesium stores. I also use a MG+ supplement called ionic fizz (the raspberry lemonade kind is AWESOME) and it has been great for muscle soreness, I find I am not close to as sore as I usually am after a long hard workout :)
