Some who don't get relief for low mag is because of this shit. Quoting: Anonymous Coward Perhaps you have a sensitivity to apples? There are lots of different kinds of magnesium supps so lots of choices. I researched and decided on the one with malic acid after reading, "The Magnesium Miracle", by Carolyn Dean. [link to www.amazon.com] Iherb does have the full range of choices at great prices- [link to www.amazon.com] The book did recommend the Magnesium Taurate as the best source of supping Magnesium- [link to www.iherb.com] There are so many choices though, I think it is possible to find something that does not make you feel worse than you did before you began taking it. best wishes~ or perhaps you have a sensitivity to soy based wax that most apples are covered in to prolong the shelf life they are quite clever in their ways... |

I read some of the controvercial one minute cure book, and I started the program yesterday! I am very interested to see how it works for me! I have always had health issues (thus the complete turn to alternative medicine) and have cured myself of many problems I had by changing diet and environmental exposure to EMFs...I am wondering how the h2o2 therapy is going to work (food grade and diluted of course...I suggest anyone doing this to read up on it before doing the therapy). I also read of people using it in their epsom salt baths along with ginger for detoxing/sweating...sounds like a bath soup...cooking out all the toxins! |

Add magnesium chloride flakes to boiling water. Magnesium chloride can be ordered online, Do a search to find the best prices. |
