Are you saying a silent final goodbye as you see loved ones for the last time prior to 12/21/12

The one thing all this doom and gloom has taught me is to be grateful for the people that are in my life and for the time we have together. Even without the "doom date", anything can happen to anyone at any time. Hold on to the good times, forgive and forget the bad times, and live each minute as if it is your last.

Don't worry- God is in control of everything!! It is good to be on good terms with God and our loved ones at all times because anything can happen before 12-21.

Nope, pro tip- the world isn't ending.

I just don't take any parting with loved ones who live at a distance for granted anymore. Not because of 12/21, but just
due to the state of the world. Life as we know it could change in the blink of an eye from many scenerios like an EMP for instance.

That is probably the best gift you could give them if the tears start before the event, take the surprise factor way down also. Maybe God saves them and lets you be the one coming in late. (resurrection is how a person comes back fro the 'land of the enemy' so the tears maybe for yourself.

If you are referring to the Mayan calender it is the end of a count. That is the end of that world. A new count begins with a new spirit. The next world - but same physical world. A new count, a new order.

Not at all, let go of the fear.

This is the end of the 5th time around, nothing happened the other 5 times, or did it and we just lost the records.

we lost the records because of chaos. Was sometime during a count. No one knows exactly when. Carbon dating is as close as we get. I am of the opinion the count and Earth's history with asteroids are separate matters. My understanding is this new count is accompanied by humans feeling more, more empathy. Perhaps enough empathy to entertain the idea of peace.
