So they are satellites that mingle in with the general population that have been conditioned via ultra secretive methods since birth by the elite. Do they know they are being used for an agenda? Are they happy? Is the concept of self-will foreign to them?

It depends on the individual and their personal programming parameters...each one was programmed for something different, and thus their conditioning/training was different. However, there are also those who did not know they were being used, and so held the concept of self-will until they found out the truth...and then some of those regained the concept of self-will again by choosing to forget or break through the programming. Some also choose to side with their masters after the truth is revealed to them, becoming official members of TRPTB...likely caused by either their programming or Stockholm Syndrome.
