The multiple warheads are shaped charges are they not? Could the shape of the pointy end be the hard part and the angle would determine the cone of destruction and if a small hole was at the end of the funnel a fine tune due to wind could be corrected in flight.

After watching what they did in Libya and Iraq with their leaders, I wouldn't be holding anything back! Damn the torpedoes full speed ahead!

I'm confused as to which side is wearing the white hat. I don't see a good guy in this.
