In the elections that would be coming up under Russia's oversight (in the event of a surrender)and given that any democratic government is over as soon as 'Martial Law' is declared why not put all the Generals up for election by the voters, they run things anyway so let them tell the public what their view is and let them decide if the person fits the job.

There is no home kit planned for release but 6 hours trips to Nevada sunshine at mid summer also means you better be back home within 6 hours and the bucket of pain killers you are going to need for the next little bit.

True story, 13 yr old + gallon of gas + long burning barrel + matches = 2 weeks isolation ward. What saved me was no shirt to catch fire and melt to the skin and it was oxygen poor when it exploded engulfing me in a flash fire. My buddy said it was time to go for lunch and I told somebody to do the 911 thing way back then and I too a bath in really cold water. Met the doc on the steps and he asked if gas was involved to I admitted it was and at that time (1PM) I had a little blister on my nose, a 5 the nurse showed me a mirror and from hairline to belt-line I was soot black and over the next 10 days it blistered and on my rib-cage the skin peeled away where the ribs were accented. I had one blister on an arm that went from shoulder to wrist that (thankfully) never broke and I would spend hours raising and lowering my arm so the whole area got bathed in that blister water. I could trap the water with my hand an trap it and squeeze gently and it would separate the 1st and 2nd layer of skin, didn't bother me other people freaked the fuck out though. Way less wrinkles at 60 than anybody in my age group. Personally wrinkles are not a big deal but if the insanely rich want to part with some cash I'm sure the makers of the 'Saw' series can use some phage techniques to sterilize (via sicking a virus on a bacteriological outbreak of the unhealthy kind) the rooms and lots of weak saline solutions to help with the 'weathered-look option' as some blisters will break and that is a blemish in the final product. The CIA might have some raw data on shit like that. (minus the healing part)

The multiple warheads are shaped charges are they not? Could the shape of the pointy end be the hard part and the angle would determine the cone of destruction and if a small hole was at the end of the funnel a fine tune due to wind could be corrected in flight.
