They are born that way. There is no way to save them.

I knew a girl like that and I was her roommate when we were children.
She had all of the adults around us fooled and often tormented her stepsister where few of us could hear it saying things like:"Hey Christina,our parents aren't getting you anything for Christmas because I told them you stole such and such."
Christina had not.
The psychopath made wonderful grades, could sing, I really looked up to her and liked her at first.
Everyone around thought those of us who knew her were jealous of her.
The girl who was my roommate before was way prettier in anyone's book,more talented, smarter and nicer.
