I take 5000 IU / day - and do not catch the colds/flu going around the office
Quoting: No Dhimmi I take 10,000 IU daily. My fellow students & profs are surprised that I never get sick. I tell them how I do it but they don't follow. They never do... All you can do is provide information and let them decide what they want to do with it.
