Republican State Senator Thinks "Nullifiers" Should Be Hanged and Shot?

After the federal atrocity at Waco, TX; it is clear to me that nullification makes a lot of sense.

What better purpose could a State Government possibly have than to use its powers and authorities to nullify the kind of atrocity that was committed and then covered up by Bill Clinton's forces in 1993?

Those federal agents broke more federal laws than the Davidians ever did, but they were never prosecuted for it.

If States are nothing but rubber stamps of the federal government, then why bother having a State legislature at all?? If its just a rubber stamp and a tax collection bureau, then just merge it into the IRS and save us all some money on State taxes ... eh?
