The best ones were Genesis, U2 and Pink Floyd. Yes was really good too. What I remember about the Yes concert is that Berlin was going to warm up for them. They said no way, a bugs bunny cartoon would do better. So they showed a cartoon with bugs bunny breaking a jar of ether and they were all floating around high,

Wow! I'm jealous, wish I could have seen some of those bands in concert. I remember getting a Pink Floyd album for my birthday. Big LP, wonder what ever happened to it? LOL

I also remember the day I went to the mall and bought the 45 of Roxy Roller (Sweeney todd), I was so excited to get home and play it. God that's a long time ago, life was so simple then.

Great list I saw many of them. I was a big prog rock guy, so I saw Genesis, Yes and ELP (with Cozy and then with Carl). When I saw Yes, it was the Union tour. Great show.

I also remember my Dad freaking out when I played this song! I had know idea what it meant, didn't pay attention then, just liked the song. LOL OMG!!!!

WOW! I had to watch it twice to make sure I was not in that video...LOL. I was there for Priest atleast once; I was 15/16 in 86. The good old days Drinkin, smokin, eating whatever the hell you wanted among other things.

I met my husband 6 years later and when we went over our concert history at the Cap Center we had both been at numerous ones at the same time and just never met...strange how life is like that sometimes.

Ya, Genesis was probably my favorite it was the Three Sides Live tour. September 21 1982. I remember it so well cuz it was the first time I smoked pot. Which is kind of ironic.. LOL

I grew up in the late 80's to late 90's. For me I think the 70's up to the mid 90's were awesome. When kids started whining about cellphones, the fun stopped.

When I grew up in the 80s, these stupid big hair bogans were hated upon, and it brought skinheads and surfers together, an unlikely combination who had nothing in common, to hate and beat upon these morons when they showed up where they weren't wanted.

Where I grew up, lot of metal and classic rock guys hung out together. There was no such thing as surfers in my area, and only tiny pockets idiot skinheads were found way out in the affluent suburbs, where they would terrorize cats and squirrels. They didn't try their stupid shit too much in the city.
