I don't mind the billboard.

Free country with liberties given to Americans.

Ahem....right?

Liberties are those things called rights, which by definition do not superimpose on others' liberties. Your right to vote doesn't influence my right to vote, etc....

Christians can decorate the city, impose major security costs for the city/town (paid for by John Q. Citizen--regardless of religious affiliation.) Further, Christians take up tax dollars when fire trucks and police escort tens of thousands of Santas parading for endless miles across every county and township in the country every year (tax dollars again), and the blasted Salvation Army have the most annoying, often underemployed people stand in front of what seems every single supermarket asking for donations and ringing an awful bell with no melody in particular (why? I can see you there, with the sign) for about two months of every year.

Then, after secular, non-religious groups go to places like AIDS-ridden Africa and after decades of education and work and money spent, we just now start seeing a decrease in new infections, and better sexual health overall....The Pope, paid for by private Christian donations, gavels across Africa, and telling people that contraception is a sin, and that Christians should no use contraceptives...WHY!!!!!? Pray Tell!

So, now that we have established that American Christian Culture has MANY annoying points, and that religion can be harmful...let's address freedom of speech.

The billboard encouraged being Merry and to not believe in a Myth?

That's what you are upset over?

El futbolista el Pato Araujo colgó un día las botas de delantero centro y su camiseta y puso un garaje. Tenía una vida próspera cuya felicidad se vió truncada con la grave enfermedad de un hijo. Lo llevó a los mejores médicos, sin que hallaran remedio. Con un hilo de esperanza en su desesperación, acudió muchas tardes a la Iglesia de San Lorenzo, a pedirle al Señor del Gran Poder que lo curara.
Un día y otro, hasta que el pobre muchacho murió. Entonces, enraabietado por el dolor de la guerra de la vida en la que los padres entierran a sus hijos, fue de luto a San Lorenzo y, encarándose con el Gran Poder le dijo:
Que sepas que no vengo más a verte porque no has querido salvar a mi hijo. Así que si quieres verme vas a tener tu que ir a mi casa.
Pasaron los años, se celebró en Sevilla una Santa Misión en la que las imágenes de Semana Santa fueron llevadas a los barrios para mover la devoción. Y llevaban al Señor del Gran Poder en modestas andas hacia Nervión cuando la noche se abrió en agua. Los hermanos que portaban al Señor buscaron de inmediato refugio para la imagen bajo la tromba. Y vieron la puerta de una garaje, llamaron. Era el garaje de Juan Araujo, quien oyó los intempestivos aldabonazos, bajó a abrir, preguntó quien era y oyó que le decían desde el tormentón: Venimos con el Gran Poder, abra por favor, para que no se moje el Señor.
A Juan Araujo le entró por cuerpo un repeluco de emoción muy distinto cuando marcaba los goles.
Recordó sus palabras encorajinadas por el dolor en la Iglesia de San Lorenzo, abrió la puerta y se encontró con el Gran Poder, que como cumpliendo un desafío de hombre venía a verlo a su casa.
Juan Cayó de rodillas y lloró.

The same freedoms that Christians have to believe if they desire gives freedoms to the USA, because America was founded on these principles and it's called one's free will. This freedom God gives because He does not want you to be a robot. If He had wanted that He would have created us that way. But my statement is: God would have everyone to choose Him and eternity. We know everybody will not accept this gift of eternity, and not everyone can grow in faith to Know Him as a risen Lord, fully alive, so it does hurt true Christians to see people so boldly mock Him and His love. WE know that every knee shall bow and every tongue confess, even the supporters of that billboard, but I truly want all of my loved ones and family to find redemption and find the Savior before it is too late. That is a true Christian's prayer.

the shroud has been debunked. The figure in the image is over 6 ft tall when the avg man 2000 years ago was 5 ft. By why are you avoiding the violence perpetuated by Christians as soon as they go power.

The image is slmost 6 feet tall if I remember correctly and yes the average male then was a lot shorter..so if you are going to create a fake why not do one that fits ?

Th Foot print in the Quo Vadis Church is Rome..though a replica of the original is about a 45 size..which is way bigger than the average foot size till recent years..yet if someone was almost or around 6 feet it would make sense for them to have a foot size of around 45

I am an agnostic and atheist are some of the most hypocritical people. At least Christians do not go around trying to force themselves upon you.

These Atheists are just sick in the head they need to see the light before its too late. I will pray for these lost souls.
