This is similar to the "strange sounds" phenomenon that's occurred over the past two years, and it could be related to the holographic moon theory.

Aliens are talking to us through our car tires. Humanoid reptilians came to Earth and cut grooves into sections of pavement. They knew our tires would resonate at numerous frequencies as the tires rolled over the grooves. Since we can hear vibrations between 20 Hz and 20 kHz, we can actually hear the alien voices coming from our tires.

There is a problem, however. We can only hear a narrow range of frequencies, and our cars can only go so fast. We cannot hear the tire voices if their frequencies are above 20 kHz. The aliens have tried to compensate for this by altering the distance between the grooves and the pattern of the grooves, but this doesn't solve the entire problem.

These reptilian humanoids are very intelligent. They use the mathematics of the subharmonic series to allow us to hear several octaves below the fundamental frequency. Subharmonics don't occur in nature, so these voices that come from our tires are supernatural. Aliens are talking to us through our tires!
