Who says it's going to fall? Tumble is a pretty vague word in this case. It has been what, 24 hours since launch? If the vehicle didn't achieve orbit it would have already re-entered, unless the NK's put it on an incredibly wonky orbit.

If they tried to adjust the orbit and a thruster malfunctioned it will tumble out of control. There is a finite amount of reaction mass on board. But anything is possible..

I'd say the worst part would be the debris, and the possible radiation.

The possibility of North Korea putting nuclear weapons in space is very high.

That "weather" satellite, cause we know how important weather is to the North Koreans, chuckle, is soooo important it needs knocked out covertly.

I bet it is/was a nuke and it has a deadmans trigger. The thing was laser sniped just right to make it fall harmlessly out of sight and out of the media eye.
