First if you think North Korea has caught up with the United States you are fool. North Korea can not even feed their own people and if you think the United States could not wipe North Korea off the map in 10 minutes think again. This missile also can not carry a large enough pay load to be a significant threat. Also judging from their track record I believe we, including Japan could intercept one out of six missiles. This was their sixth long range weapons test and the first to suceed. What is a significant threat is the crappy satellite tumbling into one of our communications satellites. Mexico doesn't have it's own space program does it? So I'm assuming your communications and possibly Internet may run off an American satellite or any other countries satellite orbiting the earth.
