Shoved the kids off to school, did one chore. I was soooo sleepy. So at 11am I took a nap, woke up right before noon and did some meditation. It was awesome! Suddenly I felt so revived and fresh! Right after I did some chores made some homemade soup and when the kids got home we drew some chalk pics on the the sidewalk! To be honest I would have thought it would relax me back to sleep but I was wrong. So next time you're feeling tired or sleep or outta sorts do a little meditation. It helped me. Also Apache helicopters were flying around town yesterday and today it was {I think coast guard} helicopter flying around in circles overhead. Was annoying as I tried to catch my afternoon nap. |
