This is just electro-spectral plasmosis orbs occurring naturally in the ionosphere, it happens regularly when the heat from the land rises, hitting the jetstream (which is much cooler), disharging kinetic energy much like ball lightning, but much weaker and thus not visible to the naked eye.

this guy and many others are recording this stuff almost on a daily basis. They are only visable in the infra light spectrum and not to the naked eye. this is real folks and theyre here! stop kidding yourselves and face the facts!

when he moves the camera, the objects in the sky move with the camera. it seems as if it is part of the processing.

When poles/objects appear at around 2:05 in the video, they remain in steady position while lights continue to move. Hold any straight edge or ruler against your screen and steady it on the "wire" and the lights will move "up and down" the length of your straight edge. The lights are doing the moving!
