my daugher text me said they can hear helicopters, they are locked in. she is getting text from friends that heard gun shot fired.Its scary but sounds as though csuf staff is taking necessary procautions!

my son in the dorms says the shooter is in Mahalo (sp?) Hall, a building over near nutwood....pretty far from the dorms. He says there are even some guys playing basketball outside the dorms as I type this so the kids in the dorms appear to be safe....just wanted all the parents who can't contact their sons/daughters to know this. cops have surrounded Mahalo Hall at this point
