Why is it we do not accuse the doctor of using intimidation of fear upon us?

Why should not the doctor just lie to all those who would become afraid at hearing the truth...

Just flat out lie to them or pervert the results and diagnostics unto them so they think they are just fine and dandy....

Until the process becomes hideousness noticeable by them.

The the doc can say oh well what do you know..you got death working in you and dead you will be be in less than a month or may be two or may three or maybe six.
