If God wants us to love him... why does he use fear and intimidation tactics???

God doesnt torture us (satan does). God is only "LOVE" period and when we don't accept his love then we are basically stating we are not "his children".God will discipline us because he loves us. Think back to your father when he would discipline you when you were wrong. Well God loves us WAAAAAAAAAAAY more than your own flesh and blood father loved you. GOD WILL DISCIPLINE HIS CHILDREN and that "fear" that Paul is talking about is sort of like the fear we had at our own fathers when we knew we were wrong and correction was upon us. WE SHOULD BE HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY WHEN WE ARE DISCIPLINED BECAUSE WE KNOW WE ARE THE CHILDREN OF THE LORD GOD ALMIGHTY.......

The Most High God AHAYAH doesn't "love" the way the christian church teaches love. The ONLY way to show the most High God you love him is by keeping his commandments. He'll take care of you from there.

I am living here on this earth too and not being tortured either. I go through hardships and discipline from time to time but the Loving God of heaven is ALWAYS with me to pick me up when I fall or stumble. God Loves us period, even when things don't go our way sometimes, when the dust settles and we look back on where we were, we see how God turned lemons into lemonade....... God is AWESOME!!!!! :)
