THIS^^ All the time spent awake focusing on the simplest notions of everyday "being" and thinking/analyzing them through to their logical end in rapid-fire succession can be enough to drive anyone loony. This is where learning how to *get a grip* comes in...  Eventually you will run out of things too think of. You will have formed an opinion on everything life looses all meaning.
