Actually you inferred that out of your own cynicism. When corporations come together to promote something in accordance to a certain agenda, they often use symbolism, to show their allegiance. Just look at the 2012 Olympics and all the occult symbolism.

The reason this is highly older rocker centered is because that is where the donation money is at...the older people who remember all of these bands and will get weepy and donate (and who are likelier to have any money). I have it on while hanging out with friends and am only half watching, but the satanic shit we did notice was the flashing pentagrams during most performances (the who and this "nirvana" "reunion" (as I type this) the most glaring), alicia keys giving some hand signs, as did kanye west. Plus kanye had dead Jesus on his sweat shirt. Plus he is devoid of talent, and a truly awful performer, and obviously had satan's help to get famous. And he said clit several times in one awful song. And he sucks.
