This is foolish because letting immigrants come here and work for fractions of what we get paid in the union will simply cause more employers to hire scabs! I'm sure that's what some of you would like to see happen!

This is the future of American labor. If we don't adapt (proud teamster myself) then the wages and living standards of the entire country both union and scabs will deteriorate.

These immigrants come here and work harder in a week than some of you will in your entire lifetime. They are given a fraction of the result of their production and ar happy with that! We'd rather incorporate them into the union. Idealistically we'd like to incorporate every worker in the world.
