as for possible explanations, I can´t really think of anything other than perhaps an EBANI (although they normally do not blink like that I think)

lol. I was thinking the same thing and how surreal with the Christmas music and that it would be a great set up for a National Lampoon movie or something. Especially if people saw it back in the 50's-70's could you imagine the panic? I don't know what that is but I also have seen those triangular flying objects. At the end of your first video it looks like there is some kind of writing or symbols on the backside when it turns sideways. Can you get a better shot of that possibly?

That's cool, I don't think it's an intentional hoax or anything like that, but I do think there's most likely a reasonable explanation. Maybe if you report it to the news they will be able to investigate. You see UFO stories on the news sometimes and the news reporters usually have some clues as to what else it could be other than an alien craft. Those are cool videos but it would have been better if there was a full view of the entire landscape and not just close ups of a weird blue object against a pitch black background.

I'm sorry, OP, but the way it's moving seems like it's a kite. Saw someone flying one the other day in front of the high school.

At first I was gonna say camera shake when I saw the photos, then I watched the video. It's triangular and not moving fast, hovering. I thought it was a star zoomed in and out of focus too, but nope. I am a photographer and that would be hard to capture! Nice work.

I wondered what was happening a black op helicopter flew over my house yesterday!! This usually means there are sightings in the area. However, I live closer to Eastlake, Ohio where there have been many sightings! Thanks for sharing the video!!

There are drones available for the ipad nowadays for a price ranging from 30 to 250€. You guys are wicked dumb.

I have tons of videos and pictures of the same type. Not stationary though, but taking pictures of them and then looking at the pictures creates weird glowing lines of different shapes that didn't even look like the original object itself. I used to wonder what kind of light it was emitting that it would distort so strangely on film... But...

It was right around 10:00pm or so, It was in the North-North East Sky. The jerkiness is from my hand, it was fairy slow moving almost still.

Great footage! Wondering if someone who knows science better than me can say whether it might be a plasma anomaly related to the Geminid meteor shower(?) Whatever it happens to be, it's pretty amazing! Thanks for sharing the pics and vids.

What time did you take this video, OP?

It's very cool, and I believe you, as I have seen my own ufo a couple years ago, and it didn't look like this, but was very cool too.

Reason why I ask what time you took the video is because I am in SW Ohio, and last night I noticed how incredibly bright the stars were.

I don't see any stars in your video.... ? Any idea why not?

I saw something while looking for the meteor shower last night as well. No meteors though. It was about 12:30 AM and I'm in SE Mich. It was to the south/south east, just to the left and near the bottom of Orion. It just looked like a star at first and it seemed to be fading in and out every few seconds. But then I thought that I noticed some movement. I was looking at it through some trees over the neighbors house. I thought that between the trees and me not being entirely still, that it was just an optical illusion. So I moved to a position where it was out of the tree branches and lined it up to the neighbor's roofline. Sure as shit it was moving back and forth in an arc motion - sometimes looked like a circular motion.

I watched it for about ten minutes. I dont know what it was, but I've never seen anything in the sky move like that. It was very slight, almost still sometimes. And then it would shoot back an forth in an arc...or what appeared to be an arc from my perspective.

I dont know what it was, but I know what it wasnt...and that would be a plane or a helicopter. I see lots of those.
