MHz User ID: 25505891 Canada 12/13/2012 01:02 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I'm presently almost heart broken because I had something I was doing and I'd done three years work on it and now, poof, I can't finish. Quoting: walls 945308 I want to talk about and yet I can't. So here I am on a forum saying basically nothing to nobody. There should be a sad icon. . I had that happen before I was 4, apparently you never get over it and all future projects fail long before 3 yrs. I was being your sad emoticon, did it work? |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 29612777 United States 12/13/2012 01:38 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I don't know if this is the same thing OP.... but I've gone into art projects with lots of enthusiasm and confidence painting something I love. Then right before it's completed...and sometimes after, I begin to doubt myself about its saleability. It's like,...if this is my best work, and what I do best, and no one likes it...then what? What does that say about my ability? Sometimes it just takes pushing through to call it done. I hope you get a renewed energy to finish it because...it's a part of you that no one else can do. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 29612777 sometimes with art it's best to sit it aside for a while - I get what you have, nearly finished, then it's 'meh' and you find yourself onto something fresh. |
