then how come you can only hit a falling plate at 400m with a 308? you should be able to hit it at 500m or 600m. were you a bait layer or a sig? or a blanket stacker?

Did you read its with iron sights?...and the range only goes up to 400mts :)

Love my Israeli mauser in 308. Hitting a 12 inch steel plate at 400 mts is not a problem, with iron sights.

12 gauge double barrel AYA is beautiful for close up work.

Nice Remington 700 in 223 for the in between work.

And for the short stuff....

being a member of a collectors guild lets me buy pre 1947 pistols , no problem....lots of great choices!
