I just thought about a movie I have on my Iphone and it started playing, without me selecting it.

I have begun wondering what the deal is with these smartphones at times, too. I get that when I just looked at a shirt from a certain amusement park in the closet and suddenly my GLP ads are from that place, maybe it's just a bizarre coincidence...but haven't ruled out the paranoid thought that something was embedded in the shirt and "broadcast" it to my phone somehow. I also get that my phone is "spying" on me and others I share a phone contract with, and sometimes our ads seem to correspond with one of the other's preferences.

However, I've had some weird stuff pop up that I couldn't explain. Including someone's phone number one time...it wasn't in the contacts on my phone and hadn't actually been used by the person for several years at the time due to their moving and later passing away. I'd have been inclined to suspect someone was playing a trick on me if it hadn't been in my pocket when it happened! Go figure.

I've been a little freaked today because some of the very obscure subjects I've been researching elsewhere were on GLP when I came on.
