You have no idea how statistics work mate... You should actually study stat before making wild claims like this:

"And since the average for such quakes has already PEAKED for December and been met within the first 10 days of a 31 day month, the ODDS are STACKED against another 7+ occurring."

Events in the past have absolutely no influence on the likelihood of future outcomes. It's called the "gambler's fallacy," or the fallacy of maturity of chances... Otherwise the odds of flipping heads or tails would change with every given flip/sequence...
